Stop me, if I posted this before. I read in the Thumpers Newsletter about this guy who rode all around the state of Missouri (where I grew up) in one day, just over 1000 miles, in June, in 97 degree heat, wearing a jumper/coverall made of Cordura. He left at 6:15 in the morning, and got home about 11:30.He started in St. Louis, went north, then west around the northern edge, then down through St. Joe and KC, then halfway across, then back the west, then around the southern corner, the cross ways across northeast bound on I44 to St. Louis. On some single cylinder bike, although not a Savage. Yamaha maybe? Anyway, made my rear end hurt just to read about it. Sitting on I-70 in a construction traffic jam, with a jumpsuit and its 97 degrees, makes my head hurt too.

Get home safe! (I stole that from someone.)
